Lay out the phyllo dough and crumble some feta cheese over it.

Gather the phyllo with the cheese, as shown in the photo.

Place the phyllo in the bottom of the pan.

Repeat the process until all the phyllo sheets are used.

In a bowl, mix the eggs, olive oil, and club soda, then pour the mixture into the pan. Gently shake the pan so the mixture spreads evenly.

Bake at 340–355°F (170–180°C) for about 1 hour.
