  1. 2 bowl atta / wheat flour
  2. 2 tbspoil
  3. 1/4 cupcabbage grated or cut in small pieces
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 1 tbspginger paste
  6. 1carrot grated
  7. 3 tbspcoriander leaves chopped
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1/4 tspajinomotto

    Sabse pahle atta me 2 tbsp oil, salt dalke mix keriye. Fir pani dalke dough ready karke cover kar ke side per rakh do.

    Ab cabbage ko axi tarah saf karke chote chote tukde kijiye ya grate kar lijiye.

  3. 3

    Ab kardai mein oil garam kerke onion dal kar bhun lo. Fir ginger paste dalker bhuniye.

    Ab cabbage aur gajar bhi dalke achhi trh mix keriye and cook keriye.

  5. 5

    Ab salt dalker mix kero. Thordi der pakane ke baad gas off kar do.

  6. 6

    Fir ajinomoto and chopped coriander leaves dalke achhi trh mix kero aur thanda hone rakhde.

  7. 7

    Ab dough se choti choti balls bana lo. Fir in balls ko choti si roti mein bel lo.

  8. 8

    Ab roti ke center mein ready sabji mixture dalker apni manpasand shape ki momos banaiye.

  9. 9

    Ab plate ko oil lagalo jisme momos ko rakh kar steam dena hai.

  10. 10

    Ab steamer mein pani daal kar boil kar lo.

  11. 11

    Momos ko plate mein line mein rakh do.

  12. 12

    Momos wali plate ko steamer ke uper cover kar ke rakhna hai.

  13. 13

    Fir 5-7 min mein momos ready ho jayege.

  14. 14

    Ab garama garam momos tomato chatni ya ketchup ke saath khaiye khilaiye.
