Ab cabbage ko axi tarah saf karke chote chote tukde kijiye ya grate kar lijiye.

Ab kardai mein oil garam kerke onion dal kar bhun lo. Fir ginger paste dalker bhuniye.

Ab plate ko oil lagalo jisme momos ko rakh kar steam dena hai.

Ab steamer mein pani daal kar boil kar lo.

Momos ko plate mein line mein rakh do.

Momos wali plate ko steamer ke uper cover kar ke rakhna hai.

Fir 5-7 min mein momos ready ho jayege.

Ab garama garam momos tomato chatni ya ketchup ke saath khaiye khilaiye.
