Preheat the oven at 180 and grease 22cm bundt baking pan

In a medium size bowl sift in the dry ingredients and set aside

In another bowl mix together butter and sugar until light and fluffy for about 2-3 minutes

Follow with beating in one egg at a time, then add vanilla essence.

Add dry ingredients alternating flour and buttermilk

Pour into baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Insert a skewer or knife if it comes out clean that means the cake it's fully baked

Let it cool inside the cake pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack until completely cooled

For the Topping:

In a mixing bowl, whisk caramel condensed milk until smooth then add cream

Pour over cooled cake, you can follow the pattern of the bundt cake so it can look pretty

Add fruits of your choice or shaved Chocolate to decorate
