Steps

Clean and dry the mushrooms and remove their stems.

Grate the garlic and the onion and mix with the oil. Add the cumin powder, the thyme, the lemon juice, the pepper and salt.
- 3
Using a brush, coat the underside of the cap and set aside for an hour. Place them on an oven rack, brush them once more with the dressing and then grill for 10-12 minutes.

Serve with butter and finely chopped parsley.
