Ingredients

  1. 1 slicewatermelon
  2. 1large ripe tomato
  3. 100 gfeta cheese
  4. 4-5 tbspolive oil
  5. 2 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  6. 2-3spearmint leaves
  7. 1small green pepper
  8. a fewbarley rusks

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the watermelon, the feta cheese and the tomato into cubes and the pepper into rings.

  2. 2

    Place the rusks in a bowl as well as the tomato, pepper, oilive oil, vinegar and the spearmint and let them sit for ten (10) minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the watermelon and serve in a platter.
