Grate the oranges lightly.

Cut the upper part of each of them, score their peel into medium slices and remove them carefully so that they don't break.

Place them into boiling water and scorch them for 1 minute.

Then put them in a bowl with cold water up to the point they are covered.

Let them stand for one day, changing the water twice. Discard the water and slightly drain the peels.

Roll each one into a small roll and secure them with a toothpick so as not to open.

In a saucepan place the water and sugar without stirring.

Allow to it boil.

Put the peels in the saucepan.

Reduce the heat to a medium temperature so as for the syrup to simmer, but not boil.

It takes about an hour for the syrup to thicken.

Shake the saucepan from time to time.

The syrup should be ready when you pour one drop in a cold plate and does not move if you tilt the plate.

5 minutes before it is ready insert the glucose and stir gently being careful not spoil the rolls.

Remove from heat and let the spoon sweet to cool down in the syrup.

Once it cools down completely, remove the toothpicks and put the rolls into jars.

Pour with the syrup to cover the sweet.

You may preserve it for a long time and it can be eaten chilled for greater pleasure!
