Beat malai and sugar and make a creamy mixture of it.

Add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking Soda and 4-5 drops of vanilla essences.

Mix it and make a creamy mixture. If the mixture is thick then add some milk.

The consistency of the batter is just like idli batter. Sift the mixture in idli stand and steam for 6-8 minutes on high flame.
