My granny's githeri recipe

When I was young, when I visited my grandmother this was what we always had for lunch. I did not really like it but now that I understand how great a meal it was I made it for dinner at my home. I enjoyed eating this once again as an adult. I now appreciate this meal. Thank you granny.
