Steps

Wash all the vegetable with salt,soak and sieve to avoid sand.

Cut very well..

Heat up a clean pot and pour in palmoil.

After 3mins pour in the onion and pour in the water leaf.

Stir to avoid burning.make sure the water in the waterleaf dries.

Boil meat together with stockfish with Maggi,onion and salt.till is soft.and the water dries off.

Pour in the meat and stockfish.stir and add pepper,Maggi,crayfish and salt.

Stir very well and don't cover the pot.allow it to boil very well.

Then add the vegetable(ugu) and stir with a wooden spoon.
