Steps
- 1
Wash and soak chana overnight in water. Drain it.
- 2
Add chana and water in pressure cooker. Pressure cook for 1 whistle on high flame. Switch off the flame.
- 3
Cool it completely. Drain it. Discard the water.
- 4
Take kitchen napkin or muslin cloth. Spread chana on it. And keep aside for 3 hrs at room temp.
- 5
After 3 hrs chanas are properly dried up. Heat oil in a wok / kadai. Deep fry chanas in hot oil on high flame. Fry them till chanas are brown & crispy.
- 6
Take out on a tissue paper. Let it cool completely.
- 7
When cooled put it in a bowl and add salt, red chilli powder & chaat masala. Mix well.
- 8
Serve with tea.
