  • 4medium sized arrow roots
  • Water
  • Salt

    Peel the arrow root and chop to pieces

  2. 2

    Put in a sufuria and add water with salt. Enough water to boil till tender.

  3. 3

    Put over fire and cook till tender

  4. 4

    Serve with tea.
