Ingredients

  • 500 gmsLauki (grated)
  • 70 gmssabudana
  • 1 litremilk (separated equally in 2 portions)
  • 210 gmssugar
  • 2 tbspsGulkand (rose jam)
  • 100 gmsMawa
  • few drops kewra
  • 1/2 tspelaichi powder
  • 8-10Almonds chopped
  • fewRose petals

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil sabudana in half litre milk till transculant.

  2. 2

    Boil grated Lauki in other half milk till soft and cooked

  3. 3

    Mix both of them together.

  4. 4

    Add sugar, Gulkand, Mawa. Mix properly

  5. 5

    Sprinkle elaichi powder and few drops of kewra

  6. 6

    Garnish with almonds and rose petals
