Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsLauki (grated)
  2. 70 gmssabudana
  3. 1 litremilk (separated equally in 2 portions)
  4. 210 gmssugar
  5. 2 tbspsGulkand (rose jam)
  6. 100 gmsMawa
  7. few drops kewra
  8. 1/2 tspelaichi powder
  9. 8-10Almonds chopped
  10. fewRose petals

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil sabudana in half litre milk till transculant.

  2. 2

    Boil grated Lauki in other half milk till soft and cooked

  3. 3

    Mix both of them together.

  4. 4

    Add sugar, Gulkand, Mawa. Mix properly

  5. 5

    Sprinkle elaichi powder and few drops of kewra

  6. 6

    Garnish with almonds and rose petals
