Put the chicken cut into pieces into a pan and let it boil with the water you cleaned it with.

Add ground garlic and ginger and let it simmer

When done mix all the dry ingredients into a paste, add little water to make a paste the add to the chicken and let it simmer for 15 mins.

Add a little salt the remove and put on baking tray then grill for 25mins at 200°c.

Fry the the sukuma wiki for 10 mins with onions and tomatoes.

N/B After putting the chicken in the oven use the stock to make stock on the same sufuria.

Cook the ugali and serve hot
