Ingredients

  • 3very ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cupmelted butter
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  • 1large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cupwhite flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 and butter a 4x8 loaf pan

  2. 2

    Mash banana and add melted butter

  3. 3

    Mix in baking soda, salt, brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract and flour

  4. 4

    Put into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes
