Ingredients

  • 1/2- Cup melted butter
  • 1/2- cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/2- Cup Sugar
  • 1/2- Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1- Eggs
  • 1/2- Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1-1/4- Cups of sifted flour
  • 3/4 Tsp.baking soda
  • 1/4- Tsp. salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 375 deg. Mix first 6 ingredients and blend well

  2. 2

    Add additional ingredients and blend well

  3. 3

    Roll into balls (Approximately 1"to 1-1/2" in diameter)

  4. 4

    Press down with a fork dipped in sugar or flour on aluminum foil ungreased. Lay this on a cookie sheet pan

  5. 5

    Cook for 10 minutes - One Batch Makes about 25 to 30 cookies
