Lamb's lettuce
1large tomato (in this case, Asturian)
1ball buffalo mozzarella
Flaky salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Oregano

Steps

Place a base of lamb's lettuce.

Slice the tomato and mozzarella (let it drain beforehand). Alternate layers over the lamb's lettuce.

Simply dress with olive oil, salt, and a bit of oregano.
