Take chicken in bowl. Add black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and marinate it for 20-30 mins. Later add corn flour and baking soda and deep fry it till it gets golden crust on top.

To make sauce, heat pan with chilli oil in it with 1 tsp of regular oil. Add green chilli, ginger and garlic and saute it for 1 min. Add all sauces one by one. While sauces getting boil take 1/2 cup of water and add 1/2 tbsp of corn flour in it. Mix it till it become smooth paste. Add this paste in sauces. Add some more water to increase gravy.

At last add all vegetables as we donot want to over cook it. Once vegetables becomes translucent switch off the flame. Mix gravy with chicken at the time of serving so chicken will remain crispy.
