Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 4 tbspVinegar (marination)
  2. Mustard paste (marination)
  3. Red Chilli powder (marination)
  4. Ginger & Garlic paste (marination)
  5. Jeera powder (marination)
  6. 1 tbspGaram Masala (marination)
  7. Chicken
  8. Onions (sliced)
  9. Salt
  10. 2-3 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix marination ingredients and chicken and keep for an hour

  2. 2

    In a pressure cooker add oil and fry sliced onions

  3. 3

    Fry marinated chicken

  4. 4

    When chicken turns brown, add salt & water. Let the chicken cook for 1 whistle and then on sim for 5 mins.
