Clean your tomatoes and onion and slice them to small pieces.

Beat your eggs add salt to taste, blackpepper, cinamon n the vegetables. Beat well together.

Heat your pan add olive oil till smoky. Pour your mixture. Allow it to cook on one side. Turn and let cook on other side.
