In a mixing bowl. Add soaked chickpeas, chopped onion, garlic, green coriander, salt, Black pepper, baking soda,lemon juice, red chilli powder, mix well and grind. freeze 2 hours.

Tak a small amount of mixture and make small balls.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until crispy and golden.

Serve hot with mayonnaise enjoy.
