Wash and blend tomatoes with tatasi(remove the seed inside the tatasi)ginger and garlic.

Wash the meat cut and spice.boil with salt,Maggi and onion till is soft.boil for a long time because goat meat can be hard.

Place a dry pan on fire,Add groundnut oil,heat up for 2mins pour in sliced onion then all the blended things.

Allow to boil till the water in the tomatoes dries but be stiring it with wooden spoon.

Pour in the meat with the stock and little water and cover the pot.boil for 5mins.

Then add curry,Salt and Maggi stir very well.allow to boil for another 5mins and bring down.eat with rice or yam.
