Ingredients

  1. 200 gramscottage cheese
  2. 2tomatoes
  3. 1/4 tablespoonred chilli powder
  4. 1/4 tablespoonblack pepper
  5. 1/4 tablespoongaram masala
  6. Pinchturmeric
  7. Ginger green chilli paste
  8. salt as per taste
  9. 2 spooncurd
  10. 1 spoonbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the paneer in cube shape. Also use a fork to make small holes in the cube. (This will help the paneer soak the marinated spices easily.)

    Add all the spices in curd and butter, mix it well and prepare a thick gravy.

    Add paneer cubes in the gravy. Allow the paneer to soak the gravy for approx 15 minutes.

    Cut tomatoes in small pieces.

    Heat little butter on a fry pan. Fry the marinated paneer with tomatoes until it turns a little brown.

    Paneer tikka masala is ready! Serve with green chilli sauce.
