Powdered rice swallow with spinach and bitter leaf soup

For the swallow, put small water on fire to boil, mix rice powder with water, make a b bith thick to avoid lumps. mix well and pour into the boiling water, mix well,close and allow to cook well untill it turned out to be gummy in texture. this will make a great and soft chew. After that,add up little rice powder to thick consistency of choice, allow it to cook well untill that same gumy texture. mix well and give it a shape of choice.

For the soup,scotch bonnet,red bell pepper,ginger,onion and garlic to a fine paste, add up red oil with the above paste ingredients and fry well,add little water to boil, add spinach and seasoning to taste and cook well, grind and rinse out the bitterness of the leaves, add all in,mix well and cook for 5-7 minutes and serve.
