African cuisine
so today I jus thot it would be nice to make something I grew up eating but obviously with a twist, coz I dnt like blend food. I need that broad flavours of herbs and spices that we never used in our house, cumin coriander ginger rosemary and so on. so here I made cow tripE, herb Mash, gamsquash filled with cream spinach, chicken gizZards and intestinEs. I'm leaving ya'll with trip recipe.
