Ingredients

  1. 1 kgsplit peas
  2. 3grated Tomatoes
  3. 3Onions
  4. 3All peppers full (yellow, green, red)
  5. Spoon of each Ginger, garlic & dhana
  6. to drizzleOlive oil
  7. 500g Mince
  8. to serveNoodles or cooked spaghetti
  9. 1 cubechicken stock
  10. 2 tablespoonstomato sauce
  11. 2 tablespoonsmayonnaise

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil split peas until they look like a smooth soft porridge and I add 1 chicken stock for taste

  2. 2

    Make tomato grave. Fry onion, peppers, garlic, ginger & dhana. Add tomatoes, chicken stock and your favorite spice. Add a bit of soup to make it thick.

  3. 3

    Make mince meat. Fry onion, all peppers, garlic, ginger and dhana. Add mince once cooked add half chicken stock and steak and chop spice. Add 2 spoons of tomato sauce and mayonnaise.

    Add all in big pot and add thick vegetable soup. Add your cooked spaghetti cut into small small bits.

    Serve with Dombolo
