First whip the cream and keep aside.

Remove the seeds of a few cherries and keep aside

Take a tray and place 3 cookies on that. Pipe out a little of whipped cream on each cookie and place 2-3 pieces of cherries on that.

Place another cookie on each of these 4 and repeat the cream, cherry and one more cookie.

Now pipe out the cream only on the top centre with a star nozzle and place a cherry in the centre. Grate some chocolate over it. And it's ready to serve.
