Steps

Soak the dry fish in hot water to remove dirt.set aside.

Boil meat with stockfish with onion,pepper and salt.

Boil egusi with Ata ijosi and onion.

Boil water with ogiri ijedu and palmoil.boil very well and add egusi gently and don't add any other thing to avoid cloting.

Add more water if thick,onces is boiled add meat,salt and Maggi.

Add dry Fish and stockfish when mixing to avoid breaking the dryfish.

Food is ready.serve with any swallow.
