Ingredients

  • 500 gmbina kaante ki fish
  • ek  spoon ginger paste
  • ek  spoon garlic paste
  • ek spoon amchur powder
  • ek teaspoon salt
  • ek teaspoon red chili flakes
  • ek teaspoon garam masala
  • halfteaspoon haldi powder
  • pinchred food colour
  • oil for shallow fry
  • dhaniya patta and lemon piece for garnish
  • (masale taste ke according kam jada kar sakte hain)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fish ko achchhe se dhokar badi chhanni me rakhe taki pani na rahe

  2. 2

    Ek bowl me fish daale or saare masalen red food colour daalkar merinate karein half hour ke liye rakhe

  3. 3

    Ek frying pan me oil daale or fish ko shallow fry karein

  4. 4

    Ready hai fish pakoda..... dhaniya patta and lemon piece se garnish karein

  5. 5
