Heat oven to moderate 180c

Greece a 20x30cm baking tin

Mix the oats,coconut and sugar

Add the flour, bicabonate of soda and salt

Melt the stork and syrup add to the oats mixture and blend

Press mixture evenly into baking tin

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
- 8
Remove from oven and cut into strips or squares while still warm. Leave to cool in the tin
