Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgbeef
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 1large onion
  4. 1/2 teaspoonroyco
  5. Salt
  6. Golden fry oil
  7. 1garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    Dice, wash and boil meat until soft and tender.

  2. 2

    When water drains you can add oil and chopped onion and fry until slightly brown.

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and mash. Add garlic stir

  4. 4

    Add salt and royco stir until cooked.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with ugali
