Ingredients

Two
  • 1/2 kgbeef, 2tomatoes chopped, 1onion chopped. 10ml cooking oil, 1spoonful salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the beef until all the water evaporates

  2. 2

    Add onions and cooking oil and cook for 3 min

  3. 3

    Add salt and the tomatoes under moderate temperatures and simmer for 5min

  4. 4

    Serve with rice when hot to taste
