Ingredients

1/2 kgbhindi
2potato
1onion (finely chopped)
2tomato (finely chopped)
2green chilli (finely chopped)
to tasteSalt
1/2 spoonturmeric
1/2 spooncoriander powder
1/2 spoonred chilli powder
1/2 spoongaram masala
Oil to deep fry

Wash the bhindi, alu then cut & deep fry it

Take 1 pan add some oil, add the onion & green chilli

Wait for 2 min

Add the tomato & all spices, burn it

Add the bhindi & allu
6

Lower the flame and wait for 10 minutes

Now serve in a plate

Now, ready to eat with chhapati
