Cut and boil plantain.

Place a pan on fire,leave it to dry add groundnut oil.

Then pour in sliced onion,and curry.

Break egg in a bowl and whisk the egg till is foamy.

Add salt and pour in the pan on fire.fry and bring down when is done.

Cut the cucumber and add to the plate.bon appetite
