Season the beef shawarma with the shawarma spice mix. Add the lemon juice, salt, vinegar, and olive oil, and mix well. Add the onion and tomato, and mix again.

Cut the reserved lemon peels into cubes and add them to the meat.

Marinate the mixture overnight to let the flavors develop. Remove the lemon peels before cooking.

Serve with salad, tahini sauce (tartour), and French fries. Enjoy!
