Add onions to the liver. Add cooking oil and stir. After a minute add the capsicums and stir.

Add tomatoes and cover for 4 minutes as they soften then crash them as you stir.

Add royco mixed with little water. Add salt and stir for 3-5 minutes let cook then turn off heat and serve.
