Boil your chicken for 15 minutes in a brine mixture until browned. Then drain the chicken without throwing out the brine water.

Put your chicken in a bowl. Marinate your chicken with chicken and barbeque spice and add two spoons of lemon juice. Once all the chicken is marinated, grease your tray and place chicken on it. Place your tray in the oven and grill the chicken until it is golden brown.

Boil your potatoes in the brine chicken mixture to give them flavour. Once the water has evaporated, add mixed herbs and garlic. Blend it all together till garlic has dissolved.

Serve your grilled chicken and garlic potatoes. Enjoy.
