  2. Cooking oil
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 1onion
  5. 1hoho
  6. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in a sufuria and heat to the maximum.

  2. 2

    Add the omena and fry till crispy and golden brown.

  3. 3

    Add the onions and allow to fry then add the tomatoes and hoho.

  4. 4

    Cover to fry further. Add salt and stir.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and serve.
