Thoroughly clean the leaves. Chop them and place in a cooking pot

Add some water and bring to boil.

Chop the onion and tomato into pieces.

Drain the excess water after a few minutes.

Add the cooking oil in a cooking pan.

Add the onions and fry till golden. Add the tomatoes and stir.

Add the boiled osuga. And stir.

Add the salt and cover and allow to cook.

Serve hot with ugali.
