Steps

Boil fish with onion,Maggi and salt.boil for 4mins.

Soak dry abacha with warm water for 30mins to soften it a bit.

In a bowl,add potash and water very little and sieve.

In a bowl add palmoil,and the water you sieve out from the potash.stir very well.

Add the abacha and mix vigorously,add salt,Maggi,pepper and crayfish.

Mix very well and slice onion on top.

Place a dry pan on heat add palmoil allow to bleach up for 5min

Then add the fish fry till is done.

Serve with abacha.enjoy
