Ingredients

1/4 cupboiled and chopped spinach
1/4 cupboiled corn
1 tspgarlic minced
1 tbsponion finely chopped
1 tbspcrumbled paneer
2 tbspwhite sauce
1 tbspgrated cheese
to tasteSalt, pepper, mixed herbs, paprika
1 tspoil

In a pan, heat oil, sauté garlic and onions

Add in the spinach, corn, paneer,

Add salt, peppers, herbs, paprika

Add white sauce and 1 tbsp grated cheese.

Your dip is ready to eat with khakhras/ crackers or even toasted bread pieces.
