Steps

Heat a oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and pinch of hing. let the cumin seeds splitter. Then add the sliced parwal and potatoes. Mix them will with oil.

Stir and saute till both parcel and potatoes are half on low to medium heat. Then add green chilli, turmeric powder, red chilli,coriander powder and salt as required. Mix very well and continue to saute both the veggies.

Saute till the parwal and potatoes become golden from the sides and are cooked well.you will have to stir at intervaes for uniform cooing.

Add garam masala, dry mango powder and chopped coriander levels. Mix very well. Serve aloo parwal sabzi hot or warm with chapati and parathas.
