1Left-over chicken breast
1/2Grated onion
To tasteSliced gherkins
to tasteMayonnaise
to tasteSalt and pepper

Shred chicken or put in a processor.

Add the onion and salt and pepper.

Add mayo. Let it sit overnight for the onion to give it that aroma and taste.

Spread mixed chicken mayo mix on the bread.

Add the sliced gherkins

Butter the outside bread and toast

Enjoy that different taste.
