Apple and currant crumble

Steps

Start by making the topping by rubbing the flour, margarine and sugar untill it looks like breadcrumbs

Then add the cinnamon to the topping mix. and set aside

Put the apples, sugar and the currants into a pan with 1 cup of water and simmer till the currants are plump and the apples are soft
- 4
Then pur the fruit mixture into a baking dish and top with the crumble and press it down.

Bake at 180 for 35 minutes or untill brown
- 6
Serve with custard andenjoy!
