Steps

Take a bowl and add besan, curd and all spices. whisk it well and make a smooth paste.

Now add paneer cubes onions and capsicum and merinate well.

Keep this merinated paneer and veges in fridge for one hour.

After one hour arrange the paneer capsicum and onions one by one on skewers. Now grill them either in tandoor or non stick grill pan. I have made on pan.

Serve hot with mint sauce...its just yumm.
