Into a bowl some water(1/8 litre).

Add 1 tbsp of salt and stir nicely. Add chicken drum pieces in that salt water one by one.

Marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.

In a separate flat plate, put all purpose flour, add 1/2 of salt, 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tbsp of chilie powder. Mix it nicely and spread it in the plate.

Into a bowl put in the eggs, Add some milk(1/8 a litre) add 1/4 tbsp of salt,1 tbsp of tumeric powder mix it nicely.

Take out the marinated chicken, Rinse water from marinated chicken nicely

Apply a layer of all purpose flour on the marinated chicken (by rolling the chicken on the marinated flour)

Put the chicken on another plate. Do the same with all pieces.

Dip the layered chicken into egg mixture and apply another layer of all purpose flour on it

Do the same with all pieces.

Sprinkle all purpose flour on the chicken.

Heat oil in the frying pan using medium heat. Then fry the pieces.

Fry the pieces for 10 minutes then take out when ready then garnish and then serve.
