Ingredients

6eggs
1small onion, chopped
1tomato, chopped
1/2parsley minced
1 cupflour
pinchsalt
pinchpepper
pinchground cumin
1spoon vegetable oil

Steps

In a bowl, we put the eggs with all the ingredients mentioned and we mix them very well

We put oil in the tray and we heat it for 5 minutes, then we add the mixture in the oven for 20 minutes

We can decorate the omelet with cherry tomato. Bon Appetit !
