Ingredients

  1. 1 cupRefined flour
  2. 1 tspCarom Seeds
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 4 tspOil
  5. 1 glasswater
  6. 2Potatoes
  7. as requriedgreen peas
  8. as neededMint leaves
  9. as per requirementRefined Flour
  10. as per tasteDry mango Powder
  11. little Turmeric Powder
  12. as per tasteRed chilli Powder
  13. As requiredGaram Masala
  14. 1 tspCumin seeds
  15. As neededCarom seeds
  16. pinchHeeng
  17. as per tasteSalt
  18. As requiredOil

Steps

    For making dough :

  2. 2

    Take a bowl. Add flour, oil, salt, carom seeds in a bowl and mix

  3. 3

    Mix with hand removing lumps if formed

  4. 4

    Add water gradually to make the dough

  5. 5

    Put it to rest for 20 mins.

  6. 6

    Till it rests, prepares the stuffing.

  7. 7

    For stuffing :

    Add cumin seeds in hot mustard oil.

  9. 9

    Add turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and potato

  10. 10

    Add red chili, mint, green peas, dry mango powder, and salt.

  11. 11

    Turn off the flame and wait till it gets to room temperature

  12. 12

    Now make chapatti from the dough, fill the mixture in between, then stick the corners of the chapatti together to make ‘Potli’.

  13. 13

    Use refine flour+water mixture to stick the corners

  14. 14

    Deep fry the 'potli' till it gets golden brown in color.

  15. 15

    Serve it.
