Ingredients

  • 250gm. bhindi cut roundls
  • 1large onion slices
  • 3 spoonbesan
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  • 1generous pinch of hing
  • 1 tspjeera
  • dry mango powder as per taste
  • salt as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash,dry and cut bhindis rounds.

  2. 2

    Take a kadai,add oil,hing and jeera.

  3. 3

    Let them crackle,add bhindi,onions,salt,haldi and stir it.

  4. 4

    Let it cook for 15 minutes without covering.

  5. 5

    As they get soft add besan,chilli powder,coriander powder and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

  6. 6

    Now it's done.
