Cut avacodos in half and take pit out carefully.

You can use a potato masher or a fork to mash up avacodos in a medium bowl.

Next open packet of seasoning and empty into the bowl. (you can find this in your local food store in the produce section).

Cut limes in half. Use a fork to squeeze all the juice out into the bowl.

Dice the tomatoes and jalpenos and de-seed them. Add to bowl. (you may want to wear gloves while cutting the jalapenos.)

Add minced garlic and shallots to the bowl.

Stir everything together. How well you stir will determine how chunky the dip will turn out.

Serve with your favorite chips or eat with your favorite meal.
