Ingredients

  • 2 cupcanned, mashed pumpkin
  • 14 ozcondensed milk
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tspgroung nutmeg
  • 1/2 tspground ginger
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • 9inch unbaked pie crust

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    add canned, mashed pumpkin, milk, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.

  3. 3

    take a seperate bowl and put the eggs in it. Beat the eggs. Now pour the eggs into the mixture. And then stir it all.

  4. 4

    After you stir it add the sugar and the brown sugar.

  5. 5

    then you stir everything and pour the mix into the pie crust.

  6. 6

    put pie into oven for an hour.

  7. 7

    let cool for 15 min.

  8. 8

    now ENJOY :-)

Really easy and delicious. I cut down to 1 egg and only use condensed milk with 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Turned out awesome! Creamy and just right amount of sweetness.
